Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by pk234 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

If you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk234 immediately via the contact details provided in Section 17 of these Terms. pk234 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receipt of such notification.
Your pk234 Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal in your Account or any rights attached to it. Any attempt to transfer an Account will render it void and may result in permanent Account closure.
You agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. You must not engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful toward pk234 staff, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform and its games.
pk234 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
pk234 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to payment method availability in advance where reasonably practicable.
The minimum deposit amount on pk234 is Rs 500. Deposit requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional KYC verification steps.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, the Platform's published rules for that market shall be the final authority.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, and events beyond pk234's control may affect Platform availability. pk234 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability during such periods.
pk234 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and pk234. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk234 uses your personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and deliver personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. pk234 does not sell your personal data to third parties outside the scope of its licensing and regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
You may request closure of your pk234 Account at any time by contacting the pk234 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. pk234 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. Complex disputes involving significant sums or regulatory matters may require a longer resolution period, in which case pk234 will keep you informed of progress. If a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through pk234's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under pk234's gaming license.
Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. pk234 will not consider disputes raised outside this window except where exceptional circumstances prevented timely notification.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming license framework under which pk234 operates. Nothing in this clause shall limit pk234's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
